Fianlly found a reference to how much it costs to upgrade each year. It costs %05 of the price of the program, so if I was to purchase the expert edition it would cost me $34.99 to upgrade each year - That's a ridiculous amout to pay each year.

To the moderator - Please remove my previous suggestion about not being able to find how much upgrades cost. Thank you

Once a user has purchased a licence you should offer lifetime upgrades. Havig to purchase upgrades after a specific period is off putting to many.

The developer should be more open about how much it costs to upgade - I couldn't find anywhere on the dev's site where it told you How Much it costs to upgrade.

This program would become a very expensive toy if you were to buy upgrades on a yearly basis. A rip off IMO.

Remove the message from the top of the programs GUI that says (The period of free updates has expired)

Giveaway users know that there are no updates so seeing that message every-time you open the program will become annoying. Maybe include a pop up that is activated when the update period is ended, but include the ability to turn it off...

Increase the size of the cells within the calendar or at least when including more information than will fit in the small cells they expand automatically so that you an see all the text

Include a portable/mobile version installed to a USB stick or external drive that enables you to use the program without having to intall to the computer itself - this would save on registry enties and have less impact on users computer.

Clear the program of exemplar material following installation

There's no need to include extraneous material that has no bearing on the user. Delete it so that when you install the program it has a clean user interface.

Include the ability to coordinate with free and open source task managers such as Raindlendar, Essential PIM, Sunbird and google Calendar

Also include the ability to automatically sign in to your accounts (essential for Google Calendar) for ease of use.

Do you need the Synchronization server to integrate with iPhone, Android, etc? Your site doesn't explain the benefits/purpose of the Synchronization Server. If you need it for iPhone, use wireless updates instead.

Add the ability to coordinate with a home network

Such a facility/tool would add more functionality to this program. Great for allocating tasks to the family, especially if each member has their own computer and can be controlled from a central computer.
